He was amazingly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and the process, including a messy cleanup that might have deterred a less experienced or tentative real estate professional. He next got the property all cleaned up and masterfully marketed it. We had over 40 offers and closed well above the appraised value. Finally, John spent a great deal of time packing family mementos he saved for me from the house and shipped them to me in Tennessee. I have dealt with other realtors in my lifetime, and they have all been good, but John is in a league of his own. I am so grateful for everything he did for me and cannot recommend him more highly. He is not only a fantastic realtor, he's a person of high integrity and character. He should be everybody's first choice!
