Cooper Realty focuses exclusively on probate, trust, conservatorship, and bankruptcy real estate. John Cooper has been a licensed California real estate agent since 2004 and earned his broker license in 2016. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in business administration, his practice has been built entirely around one specialty: probate and trust real estate. Over two decades later, Cooper Realty stands as Northern California's most referred probate and trust real estate brokerage.

John brings deep working knowledge of California Probate Code, IAEA authority, NOPA compliance, court confirmation, and referee coordination to every transaction. He is equally experienced in negotiating traditional sales, navigating short sales and distressed properties, and handling large land transactions, making him a trusted resource for fiduciaries, attorneys, and families throughout Northern California.

Kristi Cooper brings over 18 years of real estate experience specializing in property management and multi-tenant operations to Cooper Realty. She is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a degree in business administration and earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2022.
At Cooper Realty, Kristi manages the operations of the brokerage, including coordinating vendors, overseeing repairs and cleanouts, managing client and occupant communications, and ensuring every property is handled with care and precision from intake through close.
